Summer end Fun!

We did so many fun things our last couple of weeks in Utah. It was really nice to be living with my parents and get to see them and my sisters and brother every day. I think the kids left with a lot of really great memories of their family.

Ron's company "Vital Smarts", did this awesome family party for all the employee's. We went with mom and Ron, and it was so fun. They had dinner at a park, and they had this guy come with his pirate ship and take pictures with all the kids and let them play on the ship. He looked and acted exactly like Captain Jack Sparrow, seriously I thought I was standing next to Johnny Depp. The kids loved it

My little pirate!

Gracie and daddy in line for dinner!

Mommy and Ron, so cute!

Isn't she adorable, I think so!

These 3 guys are best buds, Cort, Cayden, and Brock. Cayden was so sad to move away from them.
After dinner they rented out the Lindon Pool and we all went swimming. It was a blast, it was seriously the best pool I have ever been too. If you haven't taken your kids there yet this summer you have to go before it closes, it was amazing.

Gracie loved the pool!

Cayden tried the wave machine and loved it. Chuck loved it too, but my camera died right as he was starting so I couldn't get a picture of him.

We had a couple of cousin sleepovers in the last month before we left. They slept out in the tent and stayed up till like 1:00am. They had so much fun.

24th of July was super fun. We had a big dinner and did fireworks as a family in front of my mom's house.

Gracie loved the fireworks, she had a huge grin on her face the entire time.
Emma loves Quin. Whenever he is around she wants to sit on his lap and have him play with her. He will be the best uncle.

One not fun thing that we did is get Cayden stitches. After the boys had a sleepover in the tent, we still hadn't cleaned up the tent all the way and the tent poles were stacked up on the deck. Cayden and Ben decided to use them as spears and fight each other. You can only imagine how that turned out. He's lucky it didnt' take out his eye, Ben put up his "spear" to block as Cayden was running at him full spead. If it had been an inch lower he would probly have a glass eye today. He was so brave he didn't cry at all at the Docters. He thinks his scar is cool.

We had a wonderful month in Utah before we moved. We did lots of other fun stuff too, and got to see all the people we love before coming out here.
